ずっとお客さんと一緒にやっていくというモデルではパラダイムシフトがあって、バグをなるべく出さないようにするのではなく、バグが出てもすぐに直せるようにする。サーバは落ちないようにするのではなく、落ちてもすぐに復旧できるようにするとか。
